Of course, there is Azura's Star, which is the most powerful soul gem in the game. Not only that, it is re-useable, so instead of vanishing during an enchantment, it is emptied. Mucho good. Kids love it.
To get it, you will need to perform a quest for the Daedra Lord Azura. This quest is given by Azura's statue, Azura's Shrine.
