To join: Speak to Nileno Dorvayn in the Hlaalu Council Manor in Balmora. It is on the far west side of town, at the top of the stairs.
If you get expelled, you can 'make amends' with Crassius Curio or Nileno Dorvayn (see below for their locations) for 500 gold.
