To join: Speak to Neminda in Ald'Ruhn, Redoran Council Entrance. To reach her, enter the big crab at the northern end of Ald'Ruhn and use th catwalks to enter the doors in the center of the northern wall.
If you get expelled, you can 'make amends' with Neminda or Athyn Sarethi (see below for their locations) exactly once. A second failure will not be forgiven.
