Quest giver: Tuveso Beleth

Location: Ald'Ruhn, in her shop in the Redoran Council Hall area

Tuveso Beleth's Quests:
Title: HR_KoalCave
Escort her son to Koal CaveType: Escort quest
RequirementsHouse Redoran
Steps:
  1. Tuveso will ask you to escort her son, Deval Beleth, to Koal Cave.
  2. Deval is in his mother's shop; lead him to Koal Cave.
  3. Report back to Tuveso.
Reward: A "Steel Firesword" from Tuveso.

Title: HR_BillCollect
Collect on overdue billsType: Speechcraft quest
RequirementsHR_KoalCave
Steps:
  1. Tuveso will ask you to collect on some overdue armor repair bills from Giras Indaram in Molag Mar.
  2. Giras Indaram, a Buoyant Armiger, is in the Armiger Stronghold portion of Molar Mar, accessible from the Waistworks.
  3. Giras will initially refuse, no matter how much he likes you. Speak to the other Armigers; one will suggest that Giras' brothers may be able to help.
  4. Tidros Indaram, also in the Armiger Strongold, will agree to help out; he suggests a way to talk his brother into it.
  5. Go back to Giras and talk about "armor repair debts" again (your character apparently tells him about the 'honorable' aspect when you aren't listening).
  6. Giras will agree, as long as you can beat him in a duel. You're considered the winner if you can knock him out, or reduce him to below 75 hp (he's initially got 175hp). If not going for a KO, be sure to stop attacking every so often to give him a chance to surrender.
  7. Report back to Tuveso.
NOTE: The quick way here is to just kill him (you automatically get the coins then). However, even if you get Giras to attack you, his brothers will instantly charge in and attack you upon Giras' death.
Reward: A "Glass Frostsword" from Tuveso.
