Quest giver: Sugar-Lips Habasi
Location: Balmora, South Wall Cornerclub
Sugar-Lips Habasi's Quests:

Steps:
- Habasi asks you to "obtain" a diamond for her; she suggests that Nalcarya of White Haven might have one.
- Habasi will really take any diamond (except for the 'cursed' diamonds from Daedric shrines); if you have one already, that'll do. Otherwise, Nalcarya's shop is in the northwest portion of town.
- Once you have a diamond, report back to Habasi.

| "Obtain" a key to Nerano Manor | Type: Stealth quest |

Steps:
- Habasi will ask you to obtain a key to Nerano Manor.
- Two people have such a key:
- Ondres Nerano, the manor owner, has one; he's in his manor, and while it can be pickpocketed off of him, it can be a challenge.
- Sovor Trandel, his servant, also has a copy; he's in the Council Club (near the silt strider dock). You can pickpocket him or (if you 'Persuade' him to 70%) you can bribe him and he'll give it to you.
- Report back to Habasi.
NOTE: It's recommended you not kill Ondres Nerano, especially if you are or will be in House Redoran.

| Recover some stolen Dwemer artifacts | Type: Stealth quest |

Steps:
- Apparently, Ra'Zhid stole some Dwemer artifacts from the Thieves Guild; Habasi wants you to go to Fatleg's Drop Off in Hla Oad and reclaim them.
- All you really need is to get a "Ornate Dwemer Bowl", "Dwemer Tube", and "Ornate Dwemer Goblet"; if you have those already just give them to her. Otherwise, keep reading.
- You'll find Ra'Zhid in Fatleg's Drop Off, as expected; you'll find the artifacts in a chest which is against a wall and behind some barrels.
- Obtain the artifacts using whatever technique you prefer (telekinesis, high chameleon, hiding behind objects and then stealing, whatever works for you)
- Report back to Habasi.

Steps:
- Habasi will ask you to obtain a bottle of Vintage Brandy for her from Hlaalo Manor (in the northwest portion of Balmora).
- You need to ask her about 'Vintage Brandy' or else it will not be there.
- Go to Hlaalo Manor and break in (a good way is via his upstairs balcony; noone can see you picking then).
- The brandy in question is in the chest of drawers at the top of the manor.
- Once you have it, report back to Habasi.

| Free a fellow thief | Type: Stealth quest |

Steps:
- Habasi will ask you to free a fellow thief by the name of "New-Shoes Bragor", who is in jail in Pelagiad.
- She tells you that the best way to do this is to go to Pelagiad, obtain evidence of corruption, and then blackmail the guard Shadbak gra-Burbug.
- The evidence in question is a Dwemer Coherer which the Pelagiad trader named Mebestien Ence has. It's hidden in a small chest on a shelf in his upstairs bedroom.
- Get the coherer from Mebestien's place and confront Shadbak about 'New-Shoes Bragor'; the rest is obvious.
- (If you've already found and sold the Coherer, you can get one from Sorkvild's tower in Dagon Fel and from a few other Dwemer ruins.)
- Report back to Habasi.

| Find the master of security | Type: Search quest |

Steps:
- Habasi will ask you to locate the master of security and convince him or her to help secure the South Wall Cornerclub against Camonna Tong assaults.
- You can go around asking Altmer about the 'South Wall' Cornerclub and get rebuffed by every one but the one you're looking for, or you can go directly to him.
- His name is Hecerinde; his house is the northern-most house that's directly off the eastern side of the canal (ie: north and a bit west of the South Wall Cornerclub).
- Ask him about 'South Wall' and he'll agree (he's a pushover).
- Report back to Habasi.
