Steps:
- Stacey asks you to locate a Thieves Guild member who has disappeared recently and get a key from him. He suggests you start in the Elven Nations Cornerclub in the Hlaalu canton's plaza.
- Go there and ask around about 'Nads Tharen'; most won't tell you anything useful, but the bartender (Gadela Andus) will be more informative if you can 'Persuade' her up to 90%.
- She'll tell you that Nads was last seen speaking with Arvama Rathri (who's right next to the bar). She'll also mention that Nads lives in one of the St. Delyn canton's southern-canalside rooms.
- Arvama will deny any involvement, so go to his place at St. Delyn. If you're having trouble finding his place because you can't find it anywhere inside the canton, note that there are rooms whose entrances are around the outside of the canton. His is South-#2.
- Search Nads Tharen and get his key, and (if you like) go confront Arvama and accuse her of killing Nads. She attscks you, so kill her.
- Report back to Stacey.

| Convince Percius Mercius to aid the Thieves Guild | Type: Speechcraft quest |

Steps:
- Stacey will ask you to speak with Percius Mercius, the Ald'Ruhn Fighters Guild master, to aid the Thieves Guild against the Camonna Tong.
- If you can 'Persuade' him up to at least 60%, Percius will agree to help and will tell you how to deal with the other Fighters Guild chapter-leaders.
- Report back to Stacey.

| Locate the Bitter Cup | Type: Search & combat quest |

Steps:
- Stacey will ask you to locate the Bitter Cup and deliver it to Eydis Fire-Eye, thus bribing her into helping the Theives Guild against the Camonna Tong.
- Go Ald Redaynia and obtain the Bitter Cup. It's marked on the boxed map, so it should be simple enough to locate; getting there is the only real trick.
- Give the Bitter Cup to Eydis Fire-Eye in the Balmora Fighters Guild.
- Report back to Stacey.

| Convince Hrundi to help the Thieves Guild | Type: Speechcraft quest |

Steps:
- Stacey will ask you to convince Hrundi, the Sadrith Mora Fighters Guild steward, to help the Thieves Guild fight against the Camonna Tong, and to lean on his lover if he won't.
- Hrundi ought to agree readily enough if you can 'Persuade' him up to at least 80%, but if you don't have the Speechcraft or don't want to blow the cash needed to get him to that point you can always threaten his lover. First you need to find her though...
- Ask around Sadrith Mora enough and you'll be told Hrundi frequently hangs out at Fara's Hole in the Wall. From there, most anyone (who likes you at 50% or more) will tell you that Falena Hlaren is whom he comes to see; she'll confirm it.
- Hrundi will then agree to 'join our cause', and you can report back to Stacey.

| Take care of some Camonna Tong enforcers | Type: Combat quest |

Steps:
- Stacey will ask you to take out the Camonna Tong's top two enforcers/assassins, Navil and Ranes Ienith, at the Dren Plantation.
- They're in the basement of Dren's main building, behind two locked (60&60) & trapped (silence & paralyze) doors.
- It's recommended that you close the 1st door when you're ready to open the 2nd door; that way, you won't have Dren's wandering guard attack you from behind.
- Navil Ienith will attack you; when you manage to land a hit, Ranes will pop up behind you and attack. Finish them both off. If you speak to Dren or his guard after this and before you report back to Stacey, they'll attack you as well, so be careful.
- Report back to Stacey.
NOTE: If you plan on joining the Morag Tong, don't do this quest until you're given a writ for these two or you won't be rewarded.

| Dispose of Sjoring Hard-Heart | Type: Combat quest |

Steps:
- Stacey will ask you to kill Sjoring Hard-Heart in Vivec's Fighters Guild.
- Go there, get him to attack you, and kill him.
- Report back to Stacey. Be certain you also ask him about 'jobs' before you leave him again... or you won't be able to Master the Thieves Guild.
NOTE: If you plan on mastering the Fighters Guild, don't do this quest until you're at least a Guardian or you can't (ie: can't Master it).

| Reward: The "Skeleton Key" (5.0 quality lockpick, 50 uses) from Stacey. He'll also give you Master Thief rank if you ask him about 'jobs'. |
